It is always considered that vegan dog food is a new concept for our dogs, but V-Dog is a company who have been selling vegan dried dog food since 1980!
Their food has been improved upon and although is high wheat-based (so not ideal for dogs with intolerances), they have removed soya as an ingredient and replaced it with pea protein. They are the most reasonably priced of all the vegan dog foods which makes them very popular.
