It is well balanced but is a vegetarian brand as the Vit D3 is added from sheep wool (lanolin) so not as sustainable as the companies we fully recommend such as Greta, Green Crunch, Solo Vegetal, The Pack, Omni, Noochy Poochy, Hownd and DoGood.
